Long story short, I don't like being told what to do, or how to do it. LOL! I didn't like having to ask my employer for time off, and I definitely didn't like being in boring uniforms for work. I also felt like all of my past managers weren't great leaders. After giving birth to my daughter and being told that I had to work every weekend (as opposed to every other weekend like before I went on maternity leave), I decided to quit my job, go back to school, and become an entrepreneur. I have not looked back since. I get to wear the styles of clothes that I like and sell. I do things on my time, make my own schedule, and don't have to ask anyone for time off. The best part about it is that I get to spend more time with my daughter and loved ones.
