Shipping policy

Klozet Kustomz will ship your order within 24-72 hours of receiving it. (Excludes preorders, custom items, weekends and holidays.) All orders are shipped via UPS, and in some cases priority mail via USPS. Your order will arrive typically between 1-3 business days. (Excluding weekends and holidays.) Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. 
In the event that any packages are lost or stolen, please contact the postal carrier to file a claim. We are not liable for any packages that have been tracked as delivered and are missing, damaged or stolen.
